Mini Spring Tour (Germany)

We are sitting in a sofa in Kiel where we just played at Prinz Willy. It's a calm evening in Kiel, people were listening silently and the atmosphere was good.

Yesterday we played in Bielefeld at Bunker Ulmenwall, it was crazy, crowded and people bought a lot of cds, not like swedish people only listening to music on spotify...
We also made a nice interview for Hertz Radio and found out our songs have been played frequently on radio stations around! Weeee!

Not to forget, thanks to Carla and Domeniq opening for us and helping us with guitar and choirs on Only for tonight together with the fantastic audience. This is what we love, to involve other musicians spontaneously.

Today some new friends in Bielefeld took us on a small and very nice guided tour trough the city, to the art museum and some lunch at a cosy restaurant. We hope to come back soon again!

Berlin and the show at NBI together with Sam Amidon was also very nice. Thanks to Sandra organising this little tour.

So, all the bands we have been touring with got ill. We are sitting at the club Rhiz, just soundchecked, and will play in some hours. We'we been on tour for tree weeks and we are feeling fine, better then never before. We are not ill! wohooo! We are having a "Gösser bier" and were walking around in Wien today, had a nice coffé and Sachertorte and Apfelstrudel at a Wienercafé. Oh, we are both sitting here now having the feeling we could go on touring for ever...we love this life and are so happy that we are living our dream.

We are the first swedish band playing here and yesterday also at Gabba Gabba in Taranto too. Wohoo! Goes to the history book.

Here are some photos from the first days in Italy. The group pic is together with the Swiss band Death of a Cheerleader and the people from Legö, Cesena. The pink house is the club Ortosonico in Pavia, a really cool place in the country side.

A bit delayed - The Paris movie!

Hej!

So here comes the film from Paris, where we played and spend some days, saw Gravenhurst play, visited a lot of art-museums and cafés, and had a lovely time.

Then we took the night train to Milano, and days passed so fast! Now we already played in Pavia (wow, Ortosonico was a great place in the Italian country side where we played together with very talented and nice people from the Swiss band “Death of a cheerleader” and from US/France “Lisa Papineau”), walked around in Milano and then went to Brescia and the venue with very good food and wine called Enosteria. After this we went to a placed we played in last time in Italy, Cesena and Legö, there we met up with Death of a cheerleader again to have one more funny show together ..check out both of these two bands music, we really enjoyed listening and spending time.

Then, yesterday, we travelled south, 8h on the train, to Taranto (the heel of Italy). A rock club called Gabba Gabba, there were a lot of people and we were the first Swedish band playing there! We think that more bands should go and play in the south, we had a very nice time.

Soon we’ll have some pasta and then off more south, to Copertino!

From Dresden to Luxembourg (Part 4)

From Dresden to Luxembourg. In Dresden we played with September Leaves at Ostpol. Very nice venue! In Luxembourg we stayed two days and played at D:qliq with All Smiles. We also made an radio interview and live performance for Radio Ara (Luxembourg). This turned out to be very interesting... Have a look at our film, part nr.4! Look at the first three parts down here.

Paris!

Now we are in Paris, sitting in a small backyard in a café. Yesterday one of our favourite musicians (Gravenhurst) played here at Bartofar. It was a fantastic evening.

Tonight we are playing at Club Truskel. Invite you friends in town to come there!

We made a lot of films in Luxemburg and also from Dresden. We will edit it asap. We also recorded an interview and a live show we made for radio Luxembourg (Ara) together with All Smiles, we had a great time there! Now we are going to make some interviews for a French and German magazine, so more updates and films soon.

We just arrived in Luxembourg and had a nice dinner next to the venue D:qliq were we are playing with All Smiles (US) tomorrow. Feels good to rest a bit today, no show tonight since Chemnitz was cancelled. (don't blame us...we are also sorry!) We've been travelling a lot these two days. Yeserday we played in Dresden, Ostpol. The venue was in an old house, very nice and good people making this. More about Dresden and Luxembourg later, first we just have to show you what we did in Switzerland. We had a really good time there, enjoy the film:

We are so happy and thankful, tonight was magic at Feinkost Lampe in Hannover. A cosy, friendly and such a nice venue with the two sweetest owners. A rainy thursday but so crowded with nice and supporting people makes us spechless. :) The concert went very well, but it is a special feeling having the audience so quiet and close to the stage, listening carefully. We played almost one and a half hour? and sold so many records that we never made before in one evening. Thank you!

And there is more to come, good homemade food for example...well, we have to upload the film and the photos we made today. But now we have to get some rest, Offenbach tomorrow. But first brunch in Hannover! Hope for sun tomorrow.

Sthlm-Copenhagen

Sound check soon in Lades, Copenhagen. A very nice owner and place! Now we are sitting here preparing our first film for you, and writing the set list for the first show on tour.

We have been travelling from our home town Stockholm to Copenhagen today, saw the first snow of the year, and found a very nice café here called Grand Theatre were we spend hours with nice pop music in the speakers, friendly people and delicious coffe!

So, let us show you our day...(the sound on the film may not be the best but maybe you can guess what song it is anyway?

Tomorrow it all starts - from Sthlm to Copenhagen

Tomorrow at 8.21 the train will leave Sthlm Central Station to Copenhagen were the first stop is on our one month long train tour in Europe. Tomorrow evening we will be playing at Lades! Since first class was less expensive...we have both internet and breakfast included. Expect a lot of writing in the blog tomorrow on the journey!

We are very, very excited about this. Just have to start packing our bags now...

Monday, monday are there train tickets left?

We are very late...but soon we will book as many train connections as possible. Two tickets are already booked, the one to Copenhagen on Wednesday and the one home from Berlin after the last show in the end of this month. Hope there will be tickets left. Imagine that this will be our longest train tour ever. We did this two times before, but that feels like ages ago. It’s a bit hard to pack since the weather in south Italy probably will be very nice and here in Stockholm today is very cold, windy, gray and brrrrr…….A relative in Austria told us it’s very cold in Vienna too, almost colder then here. We bought a nice old drum some days ago and this will also be with us. We really have to bring almost nothing since we will have so much to carry. We’ll see about the weight and the tickets, will let u know.

Sunday preparations

We are preparing our video camera, packing our bags, bringing a lot of records and merch, and will start our tour on Wednesday with a show at Lades in Copenhagen.
